Freya and her team are incredibly hospitable. Despite booking last minute, I was accommodated promptly. I have thick hair, which can pose a challenge for some hairdressers, but Freya did a fantastic job. I am thrilled with my hair; thank you so much. I made a very late and last-minute booking for a relocation from a different tech who had essentially used superglue for my lashes...she delicately removed my lashes making sure I felt no pain while displaying genuine concern for the previous work.
she provided me with the best guidance on how to maintain my lashes and what would be most suitable for me. I inquired about a lift or a new set immediately after and she advised me to wait as she didn't want to harm my lashes further.
