My first visit to Bella Nails and I was impressed. I was greeted by friendly staff and seen quickly. Offered a drink which was much appreciated. The salon had such a relaxing atmosphere which is just what is needed when being pampered. Scheduled an appointment online the day before, but upon arrival, encountered some confusion from the staff. The initial interaction was not very welcoming. During the manicure, the technician seemed tense and even became frustrated when I requested adjustments to match the reference picture I provided. The service felt rushed and the final result was average at best, yet I was charged £50. It was not the quality I expected. Perhaps managing bookings more effectively would improve the overall customer experience.
