My visit to St. James was quite fascinating when applying for a disability parking permit. I had plenty of knowledge from a previous application pre-lockdown, but there were some changes this time around. The receptionist was unsure how to access my information until Emily stepped in and efficiently resolved the issue. I am grateful for Emily's assistance.
