Upon arrival, she was offered a coffee, but the only options available were oat or almond milk. Lily strictly prefers cow's milk and politely declined. The attendant, Isabella, then accused Lily of having an attitude and stated that she wouldn't serve someone like that, asking her to leave. Lily mentioned it was a gift certificate. Eventually, Isabella agreed to carry out the manicure, and the result was satisfactory, but the initial encounter left a bitter taste as the salon's first impression.
