He proceeded to switch the drill head to the harshest one, excessively sanding my nails beyond the gel. After a lacklustre application of acetone for about a minute, he attempted to further sand down my nails, prompting me to intervene. He haphazardly buffed my nails, neglected to shape them, and applied a drop of oil which he instructed me to wash off immediately, declaring the service complete. My nails were uneven, rough, and sensitive, yet he insisted on charging me £15, citing it as a 'treatment'. When we requested to move the lunch booking by 45 minutes, the receptionist said she needed to confirm with the restaurant first. By midday, there was still no update on the lunch reservation change, as the restaurant could not be reached. It turned out that we couldn't reschedule the lunch as our massage appointments were scheduled around the original time. Despite receiving conflicting emails regarding the massage timings, the location was lovely, and the massage itself was relaxing.
