My first visit to Crown Hair Design was absolutely fantastic! I received a stunning cut and a gorgeous Ombre by the talented Taylor. Their energy and knowledge were exceptional, and they were incredibly friendly. Taylor provided great advice on how to blend my grey hair with a lovely caramel hue. The salon has a trendy atmosphere, and all the staff members are so beautiful. There's a great vibe that permeates the place and uplifts your spirits during your visit. Taylor made me feel amazing and did a fantastic job with my hair. I highly recommend them not only for your hair but also for the positive energy they bring. Despite feeling a bit down, I left feeling incredible thanks to Taylor's kindness and cheerful nature. I will definitely be returning to see them and discover what's next for my hair. The haircut was merely 'alright' and it felt quite hurried, definitely not personalised for me. I requested a specific style but was met with a dismissive response of ''yeah yeah yeah, that's fine, yeah yeah yeah''. The barber proceeded with a generic fade cut and disregarded the details I asked for or the shape of my head. He also spun me around in the chair throughout the cut so he wouldn't have to move much, preventing me from seeing the progress in the mirror! Upon completion, he didn't bother showing me the back to check if I was satisfied, simply removed the cape and ushered me out. Furthermore, he engaged in constant conversation with others in his language, causing me anxiety as I felt neglected. The entire process lasted a mere 13 minutes, my hair surely deserved more attention especially for the price I paid. If you seek a well-crafted haircut tailored to your needs, AVOID THIS BARBER! Save your money. Highly mediocre.
