The pedicure service also falls short as the water tends to be uncomfortably cold and the temperature is not adjusted accordingly. I would suggest exploring other options on Whitechapel Road or Liverpool Street for a more satisfying experience.About

Not impressed, got a mani and a pedi and I'd rate it 3/10. Paid much less and got way better service elsewhere. As someone in the biz, I know the standards to meet. Got French tips and can still see my real tips peeking through. Had the gel peel off after just 6 days. Cuticle removal was very shoddy. Not close to the nail edges. Tried to schedule a fix and got spoken to rudely and sarcastically. I had my nails (and waxing) done here 2 days before my wedding. Unfortunately, they filed my nails very short and square which meant they were much too short for the colour I wanted. Also my pedicure looked a bit odd as the colour was not applied to the nail bed. I contacted them to explain that I would have to have the colour removed and a light colour applied as they were filed too short, or a fake nail applied.About
