Not impressed, got a mani and a pedi and I'd rate it 3/10. Paid much less and got way better service elsewhere. As someone in the biz, I know the standards to meet. Got French tips and can still see my real tips peeking through. Had the gel peel off after just 6 days. Cuticle removal was very shoddy. Not close to the nail edges. Tried to schedule a fix and got spoken to rudely and sarcastically. I had my nails (and waxing) done here 2 days before my wedding. Unfortunately, they filed my nails very short and square which meant they were much too short for the colour I wanted. Also my pedicure looked a bit odd as the colour was not applied to the nail bed. He proceeded to switch the drill head to the harshest one, excessively sanding my nails beyond the gel. After a lacklustre application of acetone for about a minute, he attempted to further sand down my nails, prompting me to intervene. He haphazardly buffed my nails, neglected to shape them, and applied a drop of oil which he instructed me to wash off immediately, declaring the service complete. My nails were uneven, rough, and sensitive, yet he insisted on charging me £15, citing it as a 'treatment'.
