Regrettably, my experience at the salon was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I had dyed my hair over a year ago and specifically requested a permanent dye service to match my natural dark brown hair colour as closely as possible. However, as evident in the photos I have attached, my roots turned out dark brown instead of the pitch black chosen by the stylist. Had the senior stylist taken a moment to properly assess my hair, they would have noticed that my natural hair is not as dark as the black dye used. There was a lack of thorough consultation before the dye application began - I assumed that requesting a match to my natural hair colour would be straightforward, especially with several inches of roots to reference, but I was not shown the colour being used or provided with any information. The entire process felt rushed and poorly executed. I am deeply disappointed as I had hoped to avoid a noticeable contrast between my natural hair and the dye as my hair grows out, which was the issue I was trying to address. Unfortunately, it seems I will be facing the same problem again. While the other staff members were delightful, I cannot overlook the fact that the senior stylist failed to deliver the desired outcome for my hair.About
