Chai, is highly skilled and leaves you feeling rejuvenated, easing all your bodily discomforts. Unlike certain massage establishments, there are no additional services offered, just a professional and courteous experience.
The service here is unacceptable! I was kept waiting in a room for 45 minutes despite being told that someone would attend to me shortly. Furthermore, I had to wait while the massage therapist conversed with another client, prolonging my wait time. Overall, it was a waste of my time! I feel like I should charge them for the time wasted and the taxi fare. This is a joke! I do not recommend visiting, as the conduct was highly unprofessional. I am relieved I did not undress. It would have been appreciated if the therapist offered a complimentary massage or some form of compensation, but instead, all I received were apologies. Once again, a waste of time. Steer clear.
