Encountered a lady today who lacked warmth and friendliness. Hastily threaded my eyebrows, causing two significant cuts, and didn't remove all the hairs! Would not suggest her to anyone; she should consider smiling and appearing more inviting to her clients. Perhaps try to be kinder, avoid rushing, and refrain from causing cuts on someone's face.
I always visit this establishment for my eyebrow shaping, facials, and nail treatments. It's a fantastic place with wonderful staff.
