I recently visited the Boots store at Grand Junction Way in Crewe with my daughter, and I must say, our experience was fantastic, all thanks to a wonderful staff member named Yasmin. From the moment we walked in, Yasmin was incredibly attentive and patient. My daughter was a bit overwhelmed with the variety of items, but Yasmin went out of her way to guide us through the options, offering thoughtful suggestions and really taking the time to understand what my daughter was looking for.
