An excellent salon with a team of friendly staff; I am absolutely thrilled with my powder brows. Highly recommended. I also indulged in a BB Glow & 70 Hyal Skin Booster, and the results were simply incredible. After a few weeks, my skin is radiant and supple, quite a feat for someone nearing 57. This hair salon was recommended to me by a friend, so I made an appointment for a simple cut and finish. Interestingly, I wasn't seated in the styling chair until about 15 to 20 minutes after my scheduled time. After the hair wash, I was directed to sit back down on my own and found another customer in the chair. He inquired if he was in my spot, and I replied uncertainly. At that moment, another stylist called out for me to take a different seat across the salon. It was quite awkward. When my stylist returned, I explained that I wanted some length taken off the ends and some framing around my face. She mentioned she would start with longer bangs and adjust them if needed. However, she cut them quite short right away. Although I didn't mind as they didn't look bad, I would have preferred them slightly longer given the choice. I'm unsure if she was rushing due to the next client waiting in the salon, as our appointment ran over since I wasn't seated promptly. She styled my hair curly, and over the following week, I had to wear my hair up for work every day. When I straightened it for a family gathering, my whole family pointed out that my hair wasn't cut evenly - the left side was slightly longer than the right, and there were some strands left longer than the rest, mostly on the right side in the photo. It was an awkward and embarrassing experience from start to finish. I'm hesitant to give this a one-star rating because the stylist was genuinely lovely, but the service for £42 just wasn't up to par. I highly recommend this charming boutique salon, I wouldn't consider going elsewhere for my nail treatments as they always turn out beautifully. Rosy takes her time and ensures the end result is flawless 😊 the duo, a husband and wife team, are exceptional at making you feel more than welcome, almost like being at home.
