I recently treated my partner to a nail appointment here on the 18th of December 2023. Unfortunately, the service was subpar as they accidentally cut her finger with a metal file, the french tips were uneven, and they forgot to apply a gel top coat. Given the £50 price tag, I am dissatisfied with the results.
I appreciate the attention to detail at this nail salon. The staff members are not only friendly but also very helpful when it comes to maintaining hygiene standards.
I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my nails done by a male technician. It was a new experience for me, but he did an excellent job.
