I've had superior haircuts here than any other salon. The hair stylist excels at understanding the client's desires and executing them flawlessly. I always leave Emslie salon satisfied with my haircut. Reasonable price for a wash, cut, and blow dry. Thank you, Kathy.

I frequented this salon for years for highlights until one day Kirsty displayed rudeness towards me. Linda, the usual stylist, was going to be away and asked Kirsty to take care of my hair in her absence. Despite only minimal interactions with Kirsty in the past, I found her to be pleasant. However, when Linda asked if she would do my hair, Kirsty responded with a curt 'no'. I couldn't fathom why Kirsty would be disrespectful towards me, as our interactions had always been cordial. She could have declined in a more discreet manner if she didn't wish to do my hair. I was taken aback by Kirsty's response and chose not to confront her about her behaviour. I did bring up the incident with the receptionist over the phone but felt uneasy about returning to the salon with Kirsty present. Consequently, I have switched to another salon. Overall, the quality of my highlights and cut with Linda was satisfactory.
