Sharon ALWAYS treats me and everyone around with great patience and respect, a true treasure! I receive the best service from everyone at this chemist. They always go above and beyond to assist every patient.
I am truly dissatisfied with the service here, they always claim a medication is restricted by the NHS, then why can the doctors still prescribe it? They are never willing to assist or attempt to solve an issue. They advise you to take the prescription to another chemist and see if you can obtain it, which you obviously can. I am so frustrated that just by making a call to my previous chemist, I can acquire my child's medication. Due to all the hassle I face in obtaining my child's medication, I have to return to Osbon chemist all the way in Orpington to get my prescription because they treat us with respect unlike this chemist who is never willing to help.
Kamsons Oakfield Road is the finest chemist in this vicinity by a large margin. I require a specific brand of my two medications because I suffer from hives and changes in brands significantly affect my skin. The pharmacists at this chemist exceed expectations to ensure I receive the brand recommended by my dermatologist. If they are out of stock, they will make calls and attempt to source it from another supplier. I am extremely thankful for their assistance.
