I have visited this nail salon on six separate occasions and each time I have been met with friendly, professional, and welcoming staff. The salon is spotless and well-organized. My nails have consistently been done to a very high standard, often prompting inquiries about where I had them done. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
I believe that some of the comments left here may actually pertain to a different nail salon with the same name. I have been a loyal customer at this establishment for a year and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Sophie is truly exceptional and always delivers exactly what I ask for. The ambiance is delightful and the salon is impeccably clean. This is the go-to place for nail care, located at the top of Penge across from Homebase. Please ensure not to mistake it for the other establishment. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails now.
