Extremely unsatisfactory customer service, I have attempted to schedule an appointment on three separate occasions and each time encountered dismissiveness and failure to secure an appointment. Today, the lady did not even propose a future appointment, I suspect it is due to my ethnicity. Based on previous reviews, it seems they only cater to a specific demographic.
Unquestionably the most abysmal customer service! I have never experienced such unwelcoming and uncomfortable treatment! It is astounding that in 2024, racism still persists! Refrain from squandering your money in prejudiced establishments like this!
ABSOLUTELY AVOID. Without a doubt the most dreadful encounter. I visited to inquire about a hair trim and pricing. A staff member gave me a disdainful look, scanned me from head to toe, and spoke with a mouth full of food. She then indistinctly muttered and gestured towards the exit. I have never experienced such disrespect before, this marked my initial encounter with abysmal customer service, they exhibit no regard for customer satisfaction or happiness. This establishment is on a downward spiral. I strongly advise against patronizing!
