I visited this salon to have my acrylic nails removed, and it was quite a disappointing experience. I won't dwell on the quality of the technician's work but rather on the pricing. I was charged £25 for acrylic removal in CARDIFF! That's exorbitant! Normally, I get the same service in Birmingham for £10, where they also shape my nails, tend to my cuticles, and finish with oil and moisturizer - all of which I didn't receive at this salon. I wasn't informed of the price beforehand, and I was truly shocked by the cost! £25 for what?! It was a dreadful experience.
I had my eyebrows threaded here and they turned out really well, but unfortunately, due to using coconut oil regularly, a few hairs fell out after a couple of days. I contacted them about it and they were incredibly kind and understanding. They scheduled me in for a touch-up appointment, and a few days later, my brows were fixed, free of charge. Their professionalism and warm conversation made the experience great. I would highly recommend this place.
Outstanding customer service. I had my chest waxed for the first time, and although it was quite painful, Jolanta was swift and made me feel at ease. I also tried reflexology, which I found both intriguing and incredibly relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back for more services.
