I visited this salon to have my acrylic nails removed, and it was quite a disappointing experience. I won't dwell on the quality of the technician's work but rather on the pricing. I was charged £25 for acrylic removal in CARDIFF! That's exorbitant! Normally, I get the same service in Birmingham for £10, where they also shape my nails, tend to my cuticles, and finish with oil and moisturizer - all of which I didn't receive at this salon. I wasn't informed of the price beforehand, and I was truly shocked by the cost! £25 for what?!
