Awful first impression, tried to arrange an appointment at my two nearest branches but was informed there were no available slots. Eventually, I was offered an appointment at a third store which I reluctantly accepted. I even received a 24-hour reminder. However, on the day of the appointment, I received a last-minute message asking me to go to their sister branch, which contradicted the original information given. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time!About

Upon arrival, I discovered that the salon was closed, with the security gate firmly bolted, and no one was available to answer the phone.
