Awful first impression, tried to arrange an appointment at my two nearest branches but was informed there were no available slots. Eventually, I was offered an appointment at a third store which I reluctantly accepted. I even received a 24-hour reminder. However, on the day of the appointment, I received a last-minute message asking me to go to their sister branch, which contradicted the original information given. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time!About

From there, it's a short walk to the salon. If driving, head south on Tooting High Street, turn right onto Upper Tooting Road, continue onto Mitcham Road, turn left onto Garratt Lane, and the salon will be on your left after passing the junction with Summerstown.
