Alex has a remarkable talent for styling Middle Eastern hair and has consistently catered to my whimsical nature, never failing to astound me with their expertise in colouring. Over the past 4 years, I have experimented with my hair colour a minimum of 5 times - transitioning from deep brunette, cool-toned brown, silver with hints of purple, vibrant pink, to fiery copper red with mahogany undertones. Each transformation has left me in awe, showcasing Alex's exceptional skills. Alex is not only a skilled professional but also a delightful conversationalist, always managing to evoke genuine laughter from me! The stylist was extremely welcoming and professional and truly left my hair in a better condition than when I arrived. I received excellent advice on how to care for my hair at home in between salon visits. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

My appointment for a haircut was a bit of a letdown at this place. I had booked in advance but it appears that punctuality isn't their strong suit. The stylist I was scheduled with arrived nearly half an hour late, and the haircut and styling took a whopping one and a half hours. This delay caused me to be almost an hour late for my next commitment. To add to the frustration, I was charged £45 despite not even receiving a hair wash, whereas the initial quote was £38. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the hairstylists seemed unsure, and there was a visible lack of clarity between them and the owner. It seems like the pricing is ad hoc rather than following a fixed rate as advertised.About

The staff here are exceptional and always go the extra mile. My go-to treatments are lash lifting and tinting, along with eyebrow threading and tinting. Salma and Reshma usually take care of these for me. I recently tried the BIAB treatment as well, and my nails have been growing beautifully since. The eyebrow threading is painless, thanks to their expertise. Salma and Reshma are both delightful, provide top-notch service, offer valuable advice on maintaining my lashes, and are incredibly helpful with recommendations. They are a pleasure to converse with. As evidenced below, they consistently deliver outstanding results. I also had my hair dyed by Jasvir, who was equally helpful and provided great recommendations.
