Alex has a remarkable talent for styling Middle Eastern hair and has consistently catered to my whimsical nature, never failing to astound me with their expertise in colouring. Over the past 4 years, I have experimented with my hair colour a minimum of 5 times - transitioning from deep brunette, cool-toned brown, silver with hints of purple, vibrant pink, to fiery copper red with mahogany undertones. Each transformation has left me in awe, showcasing Alex's exceptional skills. Alex is not only a skilled professional but also a delightful conversationalist, always managing to evoke genuine laughter from me! I must also give a shoutout to Olivia who crafts the most exquisite teas and intuitively knows my preferences. My appointment for a haircut was a bit of a letdown at this place. I had booked in advance but it appears that punctuality isn't their strong suit. The stylist I was scheduled with arrived nearly half an hour late, and the haircut and styling took a whopping one and a half hours. This delay caused me to be almost an hour late for my next commitment. To add to the frustration, I was charged £45 despite not even receiving a hair wash, whereas the initial quote was £38. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the hairstylists seemed unsure, and there was a visible lack of clarity between them and the owner. It seems like the pricing is ad hoc rather than following a fixed rate as advertised.About

I've had my fair share of disappointing haircuts due to my double crown, often leaving feeling dissatisfied and disliking my hair.
