Despite the option to seek another salon, I wouldn't consider it. Kuldip's meticulous service during my initial visit was exceptional. My appointment for a haircut was a bit of a letdown at this place. I had booked in advance but it appears that punctuality isn't their strong suit. The stylist I was scheduled with arrived nearly half an hour late, and the haircut and styling took a whopping one and a half hours. This delay caused me to be almost an hour late for my next commitment. To add to the frustration, I was charged £45 despite not even receiving a hair wash, whereas the initial quote was £38. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the hairstylists seemed unsure, and there was a visible lack of clarity between them and the owner. It seems like the pricing is ad hoc rather than following a fixed rate as advertised.About
