Awful first impression, tried to arrange an appointment at my two nearest branches but was informed there were no available slots. Eventually, I was offered an appointment at a third store which I reluctantly accepted. I even received a 24-hour reminder. However, on the day of the appointment, I received a last-minute message asking me to go to their sister branch, which contradicted the original information given. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time!About

I left the massage feeling extremely dissatisfied. I was asked to pay before entering the treatment room. Despite booking a 30-minute full-body massage, only my back and legs were worked on. The masseuse abruptly stopped the session after less than 25 minutes. Despite my requests for less pressure, she continued with a force that caused discomfort, even laughing at my reactions. The massage ended with two unexpected slaps on my buttocks, leaving me more tense than relaxed. I do not recommend this service. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left. To make matters worse, after the massage, I was left standing in my underwear as the masseuse entered the room unannounced, ignoring my requests for privacy and making light of my concerns.
