For approximately 3 years, I have been a loyal client of Petal, and I cannot fathom going elsewhere for my nail care needs! Despite relocating to the southern region, I still make the journey because of my profound adoration for them! The reception is always warm, and Eliza, the proprietor who typically tends to my nails, exhibits remarkable patience and aids me in realising my nail art visions (which can be quite intricate!) They initiated my BIAB journey, and thanks to them, I've transitioned from short nails to long, elegant ones. The other ladies on the team are welcoming, and each visit is accompanied by engaging conversations and uplifting music, creating a fantastic atmosphere! I wholeheartedly and consistently recommend this establishment for all your nail-related requirements. Due to its popularity, Petal operates on an appointment-only basis, so ladies, please ensure you schedule in advance!

Been frequenting Petal since its inauguration, and I can't envision patronising any other salon now! The personnel are exceedingly amiable, and the interior decor is simply stunning; upon entering, one immediately feels enveloped in a serene and tranquil environment. Eliza and her team are highly skilled and adept at fulfilling your desires. If you're dissatisfied with any aspect during the process, just communicate it, and they will strive to make the necessary adjustments. As a henna artisan myself, with people constantly observing and capturing images of my handiwork, having my nails impeccably done at all times alleviates any concerns. Had a dreadful encounter at Petal last Friday. I had made reservations for two shellac appointments for my mother and myself, specifically requesting the senior technician Eliza, but upon arrival, we were informed she was absent due to a neighbouring incident. Kiera's attitude was rather patronising and unhelpful, with no viable solutions or assistance provided for our predicament. We were hastily reassigned to other technicians, and the end result was abysmal - hurriedly done nails of varying lengths, uneven shapes, thickness, and bumps with bubbles in the polish. Despite my mother's request for square tips, the technician assured her they would be as close as possible, yet they all turned out rounded and uneven in length. To compound matters, both of our manicures chipped and peeled within just 2 days. This was an extremely disappointing experience and vastly differed from my previous visits to the salon.
