I visited the salon today with my sibling and had a disappointing experience. Our scheduled time was 10.15am, but they only began working on our hair at 10.45am. We had to remind them it was time to wash our hair as both employees were engrossed in phone conversations in the back. Furthermore, I was asked to brush my own hair before it was dried. The salon is in dire need of cleaning and updating. After the hair wash, we were left completely drenched. The owner, Nora, is seldom present, and during winter, the place is uncomfortably cold. Despite being a long-time patron, I can no longer recommend this establishment.
My visit was dreadful. They dyed and washed my hair, leaving dye on my scalp, ears, and neck. When I brought this up, the stylist blamed my hair. She was rude and dismissive, refusing to consider my concerns. Additionally, she used scalding hot water to wash my hair, brushing off my complaints by claiming it was their standard temperature and I was overreacting. Removing the dye was a challenging task, and the overall customer service was abysmal. I strongly advise against patronizing this salon.
Bona and Sadia were exceptional! They were courteous, helpful, and provided outstanding service. My friend and I highly recommend their services. I give a perfect score of 10/10 for: - Root touch-ups and hair dye (Both ladies) - Haircuts and blowouts (Bona) - Head massages (Sadia) I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and will continue to be! X
