Just wanted to mention Aisha who pierced my daughters ears a couple of days ago was INCREDIBLE!! Exceptional customer service and extremely patient :)
They have some gorgeous scarves on sale. I had to make a second visit.
at 9:20 am on 5th May the gentleman who served us was incredibly rude! His attitude was dreadful and when we politely asked him to open the piercing cabinet, he proceeded to slowly glance at us and after pointing at the one we wanted twice he loudly asked my mum to return and indicate which one it was. Upon reaching the till, he said absolutely nothing to us and stood there simply waiting for us to pay when we weren’t even aware he had scanned them. Handed us the receipt and said nothing! Customer service was absolutely subpar.
