I recently visited this salon for the first time and I must say, I couldn't be more pleased! The woman who attended to me was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I finally received a thorough consultation regarding my eyebrows - shape, thickness, colour, and more. She did an amazing job fixing my eyebrows, which were previously mishandled elsewhere. My experience at the salon was disappointing. I had my hair dyed and layered, but the results were subpar. It was evident that the staff lacked experience. The hair colour did not turn out well, with natural roots remaining dark, creating an uneven tone. The layering was also poorly executed, making it appear as if only half of my hair was short. The pricing was also an issue, as I was quoted £88 but managed to negotiate it down to £80, only to be told at payment that it was still £88. The communication regarding the pricing was confusing and unprofessional. When I reached out to address the unsatisfactory results, I was met with silence from the owner.
