The service was top-notch, but the technique was subpar. I visited for a pedicure and a full set of nail extensions. The individual working on my nails started off poorly and had to redo my thumbs due to excessive filing. When applying the acrylic, she overfilled them so much that they appeared thick and made my nails look larger than they are. I've never had to request a complete removal before. Moreover, when removing them, she seemed annoyed and accidentally cut the side of my nails. I left feeling really disappointed and didn't even receive an apology. I'm quite frustrated that I wasted 2 hours and cannot recommend this place.
