The customer service experience here was abysmal, they may offer lower prices but it's for a reason. Visit the other salons in the area, even if they are slightly pricier, they value their clients. The nail technician, who claimed to be the manager, couldn't paint close to the root of my nail bed. When I asked her to fix it, she refused saying it was close enough. Upon closer inspection at home, I was upset with the result. When I called to request a redo, they dismissed me as being too picky. The photos clearly show the poor quality of work. The technician was rude on the phone, boasting about her 10+ years of experience and claiming I was the only dissatisfied customer, which I highly doubt. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach Tamara by phone, I eventually located her shop. However, Tamara's reception was rather cold - no welcoming gestures, just a stoic expression. The manicure I received was decent but fell short of the hype. My experience at the salon was disappointing. I had my hair dyed and layered, but the results were subpar. It was evident that the staff lacked experience. The hair colour did not turn out well, with natural roots remaining dark, creating an uneven tone. The layering was also poorly executed, making it appear as if only half of my hair was short. The pricing was also an issue, as I was quoted £88 but managed to negotiate it down to £80, only to be told at payment that it was still £88. The communication regarding the pricing was confusing and unprofessional. When I reached out to address the unsatisfactory results, I was met with silence from the owner. Despite my follow-up messages, my concerns were ignored.About

The reception is always warm, and Eliza, the proprietor who typically tends to my nails, exhibits remarkable patience and aids me in realising my nail art visions (which can be quite intricate!) They initiated my BIAB journey, and thanks to them, I've transitioned from short nails to long, elegant ones. The other ladies on the team are welcoming, and each visit is accompanied by engaging conversations and uplifting music, creating a fantastic atmosphere!
