I am so impressed with the lovely lady. She began by outlining the eyebrow shape and explaining what she could do. Very professional, quick, and knowledgeable. I have been to a few eyebrow specialists before, and she is definitely the best one. I will be back in 2 weeks. Thank you!
I came in for a gel toe polish change. This rather painful nail experience warrants only one star unfortunately. Olivia just gets the job done. If you have any specific nail preferences you need to mention or she will shape your nails as she sees fit. She was quite rough when filing my nails and especially with my cuticles where my left toe was left bleeding. Not much aftercare for my toes considering the state of my cuticles. You need to schedule a gel polish removal separately which costs £10, and then £35 for a gel polish, totalling to £45 for gel polish toe infills - above the average market price for this treatment. However, I made a booking error and did not book the gel polish removal as I was unaware, and Olivia was gracious enough to overlook it as compensation for my cuticle damage. I have included photos of my damaged cuticle as proof. Overall, I do not believe this nail treatment is worth £45 as my cuticles were in constant pain the following day.
