I have been recommended by a friend to this salon for highlight! I’ve done my highlight today and I am so happy! Dora is very professional and very precise of what she does! She listened of what I was looking for and the picture of the highlight I wanted it was warm blond highlight, I got exactly the colour I asked for and my hair is not fair and easy hair! Mimi carried out my blow dry and she did a very good job too! They all are super friendly and professional. I would definitely going back there again and recommend this place to my friends and families. Thank you to the look salon teams for making me happy today 🙏🏻
1 star not for a service itself, but poor customer service. I've booked through Treatwell with Sam as he seems to have two locations, one is in Palmers Green called Sam at the look and I have been to him before in that location, the other one is in this place although on treatwell it's called Sam the Look hair. My mistake I didn't check address in the email as I thought I'm retiring to the same place I've been to before and that's where I went, but ended up losing nearly 50 pounds with no help from business / Sam to resolve it after going back and forth for days.
Dora is truly amazing. The best hairdresser I’ve ever had. I’ve been her client for over 15 years, I absolutely won’t go anywhere else! I had colour, cut and a blow dry today and my hair is perfect, as always. Love love love her!
