Gemma and her colleagues at Glamour consistently deliver exceptional service, cuts and colours, and there's always a wonderful welcoming atmosphere as you step in. With my long curly hair, previous stylists wouldn't take the time to cut in the layers I wanted, but Gemma is meticulous, taking her time to ensure perfection, and offering valuable advice (and laughs) throughout. Although she has always been in the hairdressing industry, she underwent additional training with a renowned salon brand midway through her career, and it shows! I genuinely feel like I'm receiving the expertise of a top city centre salon combined with personalised care and attention to my preferences. I've been a loyal customer for a few years now, and the journey from Birmingham is definitely worth it.
