On my inaugural visit, and being a hairdresser myself, I sometimes feel a bit out of place in other salons. However, that was not the case here. It's a delightful salon, very laid-back and welcoming, making me feel like a regular despite it being my first time. Everyone was friendly and easy-going, yet maintained a high level of professionalism. She even goes the extra mile to give you a heads-up if there are any last-minute cancellations for those urgent hair appointments.
