On my inaugural visit, and being a hairdresser myself, I sometimes feel a bit out of place in other salons. However, that was not the case here. It's a delightful salon, very laid-back and welcoming, making me feel like a regular despite it being my first time. Everyone was friendly and easy-going, yet maintained a high level of professionalism. My hair looks amazing, and it has truly boosted my confidence! ♥️
After mustering up courage for weeks, I entered and requested a simple trim. Postpartum, I was experiencing hair loss, and this individual was combing through it so vigorously that my eyes welled up with tears from the pain. The constant condescending tone and attitude left me dissatisfied. I will not be revisiting an establishment that treats customers in such a manner, and I have not visited a hair salon since that ordeal.
What a stunning salon, the team are delightful and incredibly inviting! I was a bit nervous about bringing my little one along since I didn't have childcare, but it turned out to be no trouble at all. Delighted with my hair and I will absolutely return. Thank you for your exceptional service X
