Recently had a waxing session here, and the service was good and surprisingly painless. I inquired about the price via email, got a response, had the treatment done, but was charged an additional 5 pounds. When I questioned this, they explained that different bikini waxing styles have different pricing. It would have been nice if they had clarified this beforehand. The lack of effort to rectify the situation was disappointing, as the salon itself is quite pleasant.
I have been visiting this delightful lady for over a decade now. She is incredibly professional and always honest. Finding a place where you feel safe and well taken care of during every treatment is crucial. I brought my elderly Mum here for a special manicure treat, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The owners are truly lovely individuals, and my Mum felt completely at ease and welcomed. The quality of the manicure was top-notch. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place.
