Having my nails redone for the past 15 years, this recent experience was by far the worst. One nail broke just a day after, and within 10 days, 3 out of 4 nails had chipped. In all my previous nail salons, I never had a single nail break within 4-5 weeks. The service was rushed as they did my "infill + shellac" and "Pedicure + shellac" within just 1 hour and 10 minutes! How can such poor quality work be acceptable? A proper pedicure should take at least an hour of dedicated care. I was left sitting in silence while my hair was being poorly handled. The staff even had the audacity to ask for an extra fee just to dry my hair at the end. The overall lack of customer care and professionalism was truly shocking.
