I visited this establishment last Thursday to have my eyebrows waxed in preparation for a formal occasion. Initially, my eyebrows had a pleasing shape, but unfortunately, the individual performing the waxing removed excessive hair from both the top and bottom, resulting in a misshapen and sparse appearance. It was not surprising that the salon was devoid of customers. Simone was absolutely fantastic! She is incredibly talented & was exceptionally thorough & took real care over transforming my hair. She used 3 different tones to change the colour (which was frizzy, bleached, dry grey hair) and created lovely caramel tones, blended out the grey & styled with soft curls! I’m off to 3 parties this weekend & can’t wait to show it off! Already had wonderful compliments! It’s also made me look younger! THANK YOU so much for a great first experience. I visited for a balayage or highlights (relying on their professional advice) with the goal of covering my dark roots to match my overall blonde hair. Regrettably, the outcome was far from satisfactory. The blonde coverage was uneven, resulting in visible streaks of my natural hair colour in some areas. The highlights appeared streaky and failed to blend seamlessly with the rest of my hair. I was left sitting in silence while my hair was being poorly handled. The staff even had the audacity to ask for an extra fee just to dry my hair at the end. The overall lack of customer care and professionalism was truly shocking.
