Having my nails redone for the past 15 years, this recent experience was by far the worst. One nail broke just a day after, and within 10 days, 3 out of 4 nails had chipped. In all my previous nail salons, I never had a single nail break within 4-5 weeks. The service was rushed as they did my "infill + shellac" and "Pedicure + shellac" within just 1 hour and 10 minutes! How can such poor quality work be acceptable? A proper pedicure should take at least an hour of dedicated care. Absolutely loved my visit to this salon! Ana did an incredible job with my hair. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the overall experience was fantastic.
The salon itself is stunning, with all tools sterilised for cleanliness. The complimentary tea was a lovely touch as well.

Other salons only charged me up to £35 for a single colour, short acrylic set. Highly dissatisfied and regret not raising a complaint.
