My appointment with Tolomani was absolutely spot on. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere as I'm quite particular about my hair. I showed him what I had in mind and he went above and beyond, leaving me with a fantastic haircut that was styled beautifully. Simone was absolutely fantastic! She is incredibly talented & was exceptionally thorough & took real care over transforming my hair. She used 3 different tones to change the colour (which was frizzy, bleached, dry grey hair) and created lovely caramel tones, blended out the grey & styled with soft curls! I’m off to 3 parties this weekend & can’t wait to show it off! Already had wonderful compliments! It’s also made me look younger! THANK YOU so much for a great first experience. All staff were so kind & made me coffees and hot chocolate! They also use vegan products which I love!About

My visit to this hair salon was exceptionally disappointing. I visited for a balayage or highlights (relying on their professional advice) with the goal of covering my dark roots to match my overall blonde hair. Regrettably, the outcome was far from satisfactory. The blonde coverage was uneven, resulting in visible streaks of my natural hair colour in some areas. The highlights appeared streaky and failed to blend seamlessly with the rest of my hair. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this salon. It was a complete disaster from start to finish. The lack of communication and ambiance made the whole ordeal uncomfortable. I was left sitting in silence while my hair was being poorly handled. The staff even had the audacity to ask for an extra fee just to dry my hair at the end. The overall lack of customer care and professionalism was truly shocking.
