I was gifted a full head of highlights at the London location for my birthday and was initially thrilled. However, upon leaving the salon, I felt extremely let down as the hair colour I explicitly requested not to have was created. Despite hoping it would grow on me, several people pointed out how patchy, streaky, and yellow it looked. When I raised my concerns with the salon and tried to schedule a correction appointment, I was told there was no availability and it was just a consultation! Despite my attempts to find a resolution, I was met with rudeness and made to feel belittled, with dismissive remarks about the state of my hair. Truly disappointed... Now I have to spend more money to have it fixed elsewhere as I no longer trust them. I will not be returning to this salon again. Terrible experience. (The photo was taken a few days after)About

I found myself at MJ Medispa and Hair Salon last summer in urgent need of a haircut, as my regular hairdresser was fully booked. I am thrilled that I did! Marianne has been styling my hair since July, and I cannot recommend her enough. If you have the chance, please visit her - she is the best cutter and hair colourist I have ever encountered. I must remember to book my next appointment soon!About

It may not be the most affordable option, but the service and styling you receive are top-notch. I felt incredibly fortunate stumbling upon Lucia's salon and getting my hair done by her. Moe skillfully corrected my roots, refreshed my highlights, and harmonised the tones of my hair by incorporating lowlights between the highlights, resulting in a much blonder appearance overall. My hair now exudes a glossy and fresh look. Moe's technical prowess is unmatched, and the entire team at the salon are masters of their craft. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The layout is beautifully compact and comprehensive, with a wide selection of clearly displayed hair products, complemented by hair styling coffee table books and comfortable seating throughout. The colour scheme consists of soft greys, cream, bronze, and green, illuminated by gentle LED lighting. There's nothing aggressive or overly flashy about the design, yet it exudes an undeniable sense of sophistication. My welcome was warm, genuine, and a testament to the fact that all staff enjoy working here (a rarity in the hair and beauty industry!). It was quite remarkable not to have a wet neckline after my hair wash. Being short, I usually struggle with the standard salon basin seats and end up feeling a bit damp, but not this time. I had a skin test done as part of booking in as a colour model, and even that was carried out with grace, leaving no smudges on my arms. My visit was extremely pleasant, so I highly recommend paying a visit to this relatively new establishment (opened in 2018). Discovering Jude was a stroke of luck! I went in for a simple trim and left with a completely transformed hairstyle.
