I had a wonderful experience at this salon, and Fay was exceptional. It was my first time in her chair, and she had a unique perspective on what would suit me best. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome.
I showed my stylist a specific colour I wanted, but after 5.5 hours, the result was far from what I had requested. I had to return and spend an additional 4 hours with another stylist (femmi) to fix it.
