I am genuinely disappointed to report that I have been severely let down on this occasion. There is an outstanding sum of money owed to me, and Daniella has been unresponsive to my messages, leaving me with no choice but to voice my grievances publicly. I will persist in highlighting the unprofessional behaviour of this establishment until my funds are returned. It is regrettable that I am compelled to take this course of action, as I am not one to be unreasonable or leave negative feedback. All I seek is the return of my money.
I have been attending this clinic for my laser treatment for a few years now and it's truly exceptional. I highly recommend Spectra and Daniella to everyone. Daniella is outstanding. She is exceptionally warm, consistently punctual, incredibly professional, and extremely accommodating. I have experienced significant results from the treatment - Daniella frequently engages in discussions about my progress and available options. Moreover, she is simply a delightful individual.
