The pharmacy staff are pretty much uninterested in any kind of customer service. I've seen molasses move faster on a cold day. The rest of the store always feels slightly dirty. I only use it now as a very last resort. The pharmacy at 200 Earl's Court Road is much better - friendlier, more efficient, cleaner and all round just a more pleasant experience.
I had to wait for so long even though I ordered and paid online. I was asked to join the queue first (which was long) and then wait even more time until someone came to take my order details. The woman (definitely not the manager) who was working at the cashier was efficient and that was the only counter open. A Supervisor or a Manager (a woman) was restocking even though there was a queue and did not open the second counter. I have placed online orders before and nobody asked me to go to the back of a long queue when I came to collect my items. There was no security guard (they usually have one) or anything. And then a man came to take the order details and collected the order. This is my first negative experience with Boots Earl’s Court, hope the Manager would pay more attention to their customers as we do not place our orders and pay beforehand just to wait in queues for so long, FYI. Not sure if they’re having staff issues, however that’s not the customer’s problem. Hope the experience will be better next time. 5 stars for those employees who were hardworking, keep it up.
Utterly useless in the repeat prescription department - plus no- One answers the phone not even when you call the 'manager' no answer...I've tried for 3 days at different times to get through for my prescription which they've had for nearly 2 weeks with no success... it's not at all professional - How Boots have changed over the years and not for the better- shame they used to be brilliant.
