Having my lashes done by Sara was a fantastic experience. The rest of the team at the salon were always very friendly and helpful. The salon itself is clean and nice.
I really enjoyed my facial at this salon. I booked last minute and was warmly welcomed by the knowledgeable staff. Even though I don't live nearby, Nina was excellent. I would definitely return if I'm in the area again. She explained each step, which I found interesting, while also creating a relaxing experience.
I had to carefully consider sharing this review as I dislike giving negative feedback. However, my experience at this salon was not something I would wish upon anyone. During my visit for a manicure, my first experience was fine. I used to have naturally long, strong nails before coming here. On my second visit, I was advised to try dipping powder for better and longer-lasting results, so I agreed. After less than a month, I returned for another manicure. To my shock, when the polish was removed, half of my nails were green - something I had never encountered in my 15 years of nail care. The technician tried to blame it on leaving the polish on too long, despite it being less than a month. I don't work in an environment that would cause such issues. The only logical explanations are poor hygiene at the salon or subpar nail application. I left with a bacterial nail infection (green nail syndrome) that needs treatment. I can't even wear nail polish to hide the green colour. This is completely unacceptable, and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
