Absolutely fantastic! Making a reservation and appointment was a breeze. The team members are incredibly welcoming and professional. The entire process of removing my mole was painless, well-explained, and absolutely fantastic! I would revisit this clinic every time :)
Exceptionally straightforward and speedy experience. Scheduled an appointment for that week and was able to receive treatment during the same visit by Dr. Samim who was truly delightful and made one feel remarkably at ease. I will definitely come back if needed - and highly recommend!
I visited in May 2022 to have some moles removed, including two on my face. Unfortunately, one never properly healed and now looks more prominent than before. I reached out to Cosmedics via email a few weeks later to inquire about further shaving the mole down and offered to provide photos, but I never received a response. This was disappointing after investing a significant amount in the treatment. At the time, I was pregnant and breastfeeding, so I couldn't undergo additional treatment. When I contacted the clinic again recently to request further shaving of the mole, I was informed that I would need to pay £75 for this. I am surprised by this, considering I had already paid a substantial sum for the treatment that wasn't completed properly, and given that I followed up promptly. When I raised this concern, I received a very patronising email stating that I had never raised any issues with how the mole was left initially, and that I hadn't mentioned anything "for 15 months." This is entirely inaccurate as I raised the issue in writing promptly and politely a few weeks after the initial procedure and was completely ignored. After having to advocate for myself and being incorrectly told that I hadn't raised the issue (which I did) and that the mole likely regrew during pregnancy (it didn't, as I raised it before I was even pregnant!), Cosmedics did offer to waive the fee. I don't believe I should have to fight for a treatment I've paid for to be completed. I chose not to return after the way I was treated and spoken to. The customer service I experienced was very unsatisfactory. I would suggest seeking treatment elsewhere if you want it to be done to your satisfaction - I now have a more prominent mole than when I began, and it's on my face. I am truly disappointed.
