I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this salon. It was a complete disaster from start to finish. The lack of communication and ambiance made the whole ordeal uncomfortable. I was left sitting in silence while my hair was being poorly handled. The staff even had the audacity to ask for an extra fee just to dry my hair at the end. The overall lack of customer care and professionalism was truly shocking.
