She used 3 different tones to change the colour (which was frizzy, bleached, dry grey hair) and created lovely caramel tones, blended out the grey & styled with soft curls! Having my nails redone for the past 15 years, this recent experience was by far the worst. One nail broke just a day after, and within 10 days, 3 out of 4 nails had chipped. In all my previous nail salons, I never had a single nail break within 4-5 weeks. The service was rushed as they did my "infill + shellac" and "Pedicure + shellac" within just 1 hour and 10 minutes! How can such poor quality work be acceptable? A proper pedicure should take at least an hour of dedicated care.
